Sports Turf
For trials in backing compounds used with artificial turf designed for sports-surface production.
Artificial Grass Backing
A latex grade offered for artificial-grass backing systems, where fibre anchorage, coating behaviour and finished-turf performance must be assessed together.
Product Overview
Latex HZ-3610 Grass is offered for evaluation in artificial-grass back-coating systems. In turf manufacturing, a formulated latex coating is applied to the underside of the tufted construction and cured under controlled production conditions.
The backing compound helps secure the synthetic fibres and supports the integrity of the finished turf. Actual results depend on the full formulation, backing substrate, coating weight, drying profile and final turf construction.
HZ-3610 is a commercial grade reference, not a complete specification. Polymer chemistry, physical properties and acceptance limits must be checked against the current supplier TDS and the COA for the supplied batch.
Application Areas
Final suitability must be established on the customer’s actual turf construction and coating line.
For trials in backing compounds used with artificial turf designed for sports-surface production.
Can be evaluated in coating systems for landscape and decorative artificial-grass constructions.
Suitable for technical assessment in leisure and general-purpose synthetic-turf backing systems.
May be assessed with approved fillers, thickeners and process additives after compatibility testing.
Before You Order
Backing performance is a finished-system result. The latex should be assessed with the intended yarn, primary backing, formulation, application method and curing conditions.
Share an approved specification, reference sample or current compound information where possible. This provides a clear basis for technical and commercial review.
Discuss Your RequirementConfirm polymer chemistry, solids content, viscosity, pH, stability and dry-film data.
Review formulation, filler loading, coat weight, line speed and drying or curing profile.
Evaluate tuft bind, adhesion, dimensional stability, drainage and durability as required.
Confirm TDS, SDS, batch COA, packaging, required quantity and destination.
Storage & Handling
Handling and storage requirements depend on the exact polymer system, preservatives and additives used in Latex HZ-3610 Grass. Personnel should follow the current supplier SDS.
This page provides general commercial information. It does not replace the grade-specific SDS, workplace risk assessment or production trial.

Product Questions
Review the current grade documentation and validate performance before commercial use.
It is offered for evaluation as a binder in artificial-grass back-coating systems. The final compound helps anchor the tufted fibres and support the backing construction.
The grade name alone does not confirm its polymer chemistry. Check the latest supplier TDS before describing or approving it as SBR, XSBR, acrylic or another latex type.
No universal suitability should be assumed. The grade must be tested with the intended yarn, backing substrate, compound recipe, coating equipment and curing conditions.
Testing may include tuft bind, backing adhesion, dimensional stability, drainage, flexibility, water resistance and durability according to the intended application.
Request the latest TDS and SDS together with a lot-specific COA and current packaging information for the exact material offered.
